General Objective.

To help participants understand what generative AI is, become familiar with the main tools available on the market, and take their first concrete steps—all within a supportive and accessible environment, even for those who are not very comfortable with digital tools.

Specific Objectives

• Explain what generative AI is, its basic principles, and how it differs from traditional forms of artificial intelligence.
• Discover the main tools available on the market (ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot), learn how to access them, and use their basic features (conversation history, sharing, response formats, file uploads).
• Formulate your first simple prompts and explore different types of common requests (summaries, rephrasing, ideation, translations, basic tables) through live, guided exercises.
• Identify two or three potential use cases in your own role and begin thinking about how to implement them.
• Develop good habits regarding confidentiality, information security, and responsible use.
